Description
PURE PHOTOGRAPHY
Something different is here. This camera turns anticipation into reality. The texture of titanium stimulates your senses, while the unique viewfinder prompts discovery and creativity. It brings back the desire to interact with the world through a camera, while attaining an understanding to record it as your own for eternity. The X-Pro3 is the definition of pure photography.
Made from titanium, ready for any environment
TITANIUM
From the start, the X Series has made sure to preserve the elegance, beauty and functionality of a camera while making sure we respect the history of photography. Once you pick up this camera, you will feel this and enjoy the sense of nostalgia. The unique character of the titanium finish will never be lost. You quickly realize a camera is much more than just a photographic tool.
BLACK
The luxurious black body has been the traditional finish of the “X-Pro” series since 2011. Its sleek appearance is indicative of the camera’s potential. The combination of titanium and the painted finish will age beautifully to add to the camera’s appeal, highlighting its robust yet understated style.
DURATECT™
A special Duratect coating has been applied to the camera to protect the camera from scratches while keeping the beautiful and unique texture of the titanium casing. This means your beloved camera will never lose its prestigious look and feel.
The DR Black colour is a combination of the bare titanium texture coupled with a dark finish that creates a unique look with a commanding aura. This gives the camera an elegance never before seen on a camera.
DR Silver keeps the natural titanium color, showing the beautiful contrast of highlights and shadows in harmony with the camera’s elegant design. The application of Duratect™ preserves the finish forever.
DURATECT is a trademark or registered trademark of Citizen Watch Co., Ltd.
TITANIUM + MAGNESIUM
The frame of the camera body is made from magnesium, while the top cover and the base plate, which are the parts exposed to the elements are made from corrosion resistant titanium.
WEATHER RESISTANT
Street photographers prefer to carry their camera on them rather than putting it in a bag, to make sure they are ready to capture those fleeting moments that will never exist again. What they need is a compact, lightweight and reliable camera, allowing them to focus on capturing the world around them.
Take pictures without distractions, be in the moment, through the viewfinder
FINDER
One of the best things about digital cameras is the EVF, it is the only way to see exactly how your settings will change the end result. However, we know that an OVF gives a primal sense of photographic pleasure, allowing users to enjoy “looking through the lens” at their subject. The EVF facilitates composing your image within the frame, while the OVF opens your creativity to what is going on outside the frame. The hybrid viewfinder allows you to switch between the two with a simple flick of the lever.
The rangefinder OVF allows you to explore the world outside the viewfinder frame. Allowing you to anticipate a chance moment arriving before you press the shutter.
COLOR
The X-Pro3 EVF uses an organic LED panel with outstanding performance. The viewfinder covers 97% of the sRGB color space, giving the most faithful color reproduction possible allowing you to check the subtle differences between Film Simulation modes.
CONTRAST
The organic LED panel, has a high contrast allowing it to display detail in shadows and highlights, helping you to see all the subtle details in the frame.
LUMINANCE
The viewfinder is clear and easy to see even in bright conditions. You can see everything including shooting area markers in the EVF and even in the OVF.
MOTION BLUR REDUCTION
A black frame is inserted between frames to reduce the motion blur in the EVF. This is especially useful when you move the camera quickly when tracking a subject.
ERF
Additional data can be displayed in the bottom right corner when using the OVF. This ability to provide Live View, enlarge AF points and display post-view dramatically improves the flexibility of using the OVF.
Enjoy taking pictures without distractions
The hidden LCD encourages a more traditional shooting style, asking photographers to concentrate on composing using the viewfinder. Of course, you can flip open the screen to check your images between shooting sessions, but in essence, the X-Pro3 wants you to trust your instincts as a photographer and shoot without the distraction of checking every image. The LCD screen helps you to adjust the settings and find what needs to be improved, ready for next time.
The LCD screen has an anti-reflective coating, a wide angle of view, and is able to display images with high contrast and natural colors, ideal for reviewing or composing images in bright daylight or low light.
Digitally representation of film based visual effects are something only allowed for iconic photographic equipment. The visual effects appeal to users’ emotions and inspire imagination. The use of Memory LCD means users can easily see the settings for Film Simulation, white balance, etc. regardless of whether the camera is turned off or on.
The latest performance with a traditional style
The new firmware algorithm in the X-Pro3 is designed to harness the full potential of the fourth-generation X-Trans CMOS 4 sensor and X-Processor 4.
LOW-LIGHT AF
The evolution of digital cameras is slowly eliminating the limits of ow light shooting. The X-Pro3’s AF system operates down to -6EV, enabling shooting in situations that have been deemed “pitch darkness” until now. The AF system has evolved to be able to auto-focus on not only what the eyes can see but also what your mind senses.
HDR MODE
The X-Pro3 can combine images to expand the dynamic range (DR). It is a powerful tool that photographically reproduces the wider dynamic range that occurs naturally, yet is capable of producing a new type of HDR with smooth tonality and beautiful colos.
MULTI EXPOSURE
The camera can merge up to 9 frames in Additive, Average, Comparative Bright or Comparative Dark modes, combining images taken from multiple viewpoints or at different times into a single image. You can apply different Film Simulations to each of the frames, and paste color fragment onto monochrome pictures to create a multi-layered collage.
Masters of color for over 85 years
FUJIFILM has continued to study color since the production and development of photographic films in 1934. The technologies and experiences, accumulated over the years, have been injected into the Film Simulation modes. Each of the carefully chosen modes has a unique set of colors and tonality to create images that reflect how a photographer felt when taking the picture. The world of extended color expressions including CLASSIC CHROME, ACROS and ETERNA, is now joined by another new mode of Film Simulation.
The new Film Simulation mode has been designed to simulate color negative film that was traditionally chosen for snapshots of everyday scenes. The colors, precisely controlled for each level of brightness, create a rich chromatic contrast to add extra definition. The new “CLASSIC Neg.” takes you back to scenes as you saw them growing up, bringing back the joy of photography.
Monochromatic Color
The X-Pro3 allows you to choose a key color from a matrix of Warm / Cool tones and Magenta / Green hues. You can incorporate the rich gradation into your images to create photographs with a personal twist. Enjoy creating your own monochrome world with added hues, going beyond the traditional approach of using warm tones for a retro look and cool tones for urban snapshots.

Clarity setting
“Clarity” is the third parameter after Tone and Sharpness. It controls a picture’s impression while retaining gradation.
Color Chrome Effect Blue
This adds more depth and naturally enhances the vividness of the color.
A camera body that becomes an extension of you
The X-Pro3 design means you can keep your eyes focussed on the subject while your fingers access the various buttons and dials to ensure that you never miss a perfect photo opportunity. This is the ultimate design for analog camera operation.
RATING –
The rating function is essential when choosing images to keep out of the thousands of pictures taken.
This feature has enhanced combaitibility with photo management software.
USB Type-C compatibility –
The X-Pro3 features a USB Type-C port, which is the latest interface,
enabling a smart way of charging or transfering information from your camera.
Stylish accessories to add elegance
BLC-XPRO3
This is more like a premium leather suit, than just an ordinary case. The finish contrasts well with the titanium to deliver an appearance and texture not seen on a mirrorless camera before.
MHG-XPRO3
This streamlines grip improves the way the camera sits comfortably in larger hands without compromising the functionality or portability.
